Farm-to-Table Dorper Lambs

Experience the superior taste and quality of our pasture-raised Dorper lambs, raised right here on our Shamrock, Texas farm in the heart of the Texas Panhandle. Our hardy Dorper sheep thrive on sustainable rotational grazing across bermuda grass, love grass, and native grasses, locally sourced hay and our on-site grown triticale, wheat, and love grass hay. This natural approach produces tender, flavorful lambs with excellent marbling and a true grass-fed profile that’s perfect for Texas tables.
